Arrived for breakfast, waited for around five minutes no staff around. Ask staff on the ground floor (all stood chatting) to be told the cafe didn't open until 9:30. About 4 tables still had cups plates cutlery and rubbish, most probably from the day before. Not impressed, on a three day break to Harrogate. So sad

Small shop with friendly staff but difficult to navigate in a wheelchair, so I did not buy.
