Went into Shop in York at the weekend. Staff where so unhelpful. Could not answer questions on the items I wanted.Also noted that a lot of items where not priced. When I asked the staff the price, they had to make a phonecall to their boss to check. Absolutely appalling service. Will not be going back thereRidiculously...

Went in the York store the other day and had a lovely coffee. Staff were super friendly and helpful. All round great service!

Found this lovely store on a visit from Scarborough. Some beautiful pieces on display. Bought 2 gorgeous vases and 2 really unique pictures for our house. The ladies who served us could not have been more helpful. We have already been perusing the website for more items.
