Absolutely awful branch with very unhelpful staff and bank manager. Santander sent my standing order out twice leaving me £840 out of pocket instead of £420. One of the payments was in a pending state for 48 hours. They took no responsibility for it and thought it was acceptable to just say I need to wait till it leaves...

Great staff of really helpful easy access plus one cash machine outside and three inside wheelchair access is very easy parking can be an issue but disabled parking is directly outside
