Been in twice to this store and one member of staff has been rude and unpleasant on both occasions. On the first time I thought maybe she was just having a bad day but then tried to return or exchange a birthday gift my daughter had received that was the wrong size. Incredibly helpful staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. We can’t fault them! The manager in particular is excellent! They gave us a call as soon as gift cards were available, really went above and beyond to help us.
