Rude staff, RIDICULOUS wait, never text to say it's there had to chase it and then they say they just so happen to be doing it now it'll be five minutes,,, 20 minutes later and only half is ready! Never have it all in no matter how long I leave it and I usually leave it five or six days. Needs new management to organise... read full comment

Urgent prescription, called 6 times no answer,phoned Co op to be told they are busy .now phone is constantly engaged,needed for appointment today and unable to speak to a human.

Consistently rubbish. Don't have the medication, are never open on time, unhelpful, offensive. Do not care about their patients at all. Shocking.
