11.30 August 16th, just been in with partner with dementia to pay a cheque, he wanted to do it himself, the assistant at the help desk was amazing, so patient and kind, spoke clearly and slowly and slowly got the cheque paid in, sadly i didnt get his name, but hopefully his shift can be checked and get praised.

Can’t believe how poor the service has become. I opened an account as a student, during my professional life I had a Premier manager who provided advice and guidance. Now it’s so bad I am considering changing to a different bank.

10 people waiting, one person at the desk and 3 employees walking around with laptops doing nothing. Not good enough really.
