Went to B&Q Harrogate on Sunday morning to get 2 gates, 22 showing in stock. When enquiring to a member of staff, was told that yes, we have 22 in stock and they are at the top of a rack and I can't get them down. Totally wasted journey from Wetherby. Very helpful personnel across the whole store even when they are busy

Tidy and well organised inside with a good range of stock available. Customer toilet, paint mixing, design studio for kitchen's etc. Big push on self-service tills, I don't mind using, but some people do.
