We ordered a washing machine and tumble drier. Customer service by Hayden was excellent. Our two installers, father and daughter team, were fantastic and definitely went the extra mile!

Excellent customer service. Bought 3 ovens and a hob which arrived very quickly. Staff were friendly and informative. Totally hassle free experience.

Tried ordering a washing machine off of another company who claimed to have stock but seemingly "sold out over the weekend". So dropped ATI an email as they were showing 3 in stock. Got a reply within minutes confirming this. Had a brief exchange of emails all answered within minutes. Order went through and delivered 3...
