Arrived slightly early to pick up a Christmas order (which costs a fortune but fine M&S is usually good service which is why I shop there), told by an incredibly rude member of staff that I couldn’t pick it up, despite this meaning I couldn’t pick it up at all due to an emergency at home coming up.
