Unhelpful staff member in Easingwold - pushing customers towards the ATM and online - following the rules they've been told to adhere to.. The branch was empty but nonetheless refused to assist. - rules is rules I guess.

They keep saying they will get back to me but don't, I'm going into a different branch to close the accounts. The worst bank I've come across.

Good friendly local branch in Easingwold. Very grateful it has remained open unlike my old bank branch, which is now a closed down Costa Coffee, I think.
