I recently returned a pair of Loake boots that had come apart.The Charles Hobson team replaced them with a better pair via Loake without any fuss.I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service from Charles Hobson. Ordered a Barbour Jacket online, with free postage, and received it only three days later. The package even included a hand-written thank you note. Very pleased with my new jacket, the price I paid and the service I received. I will be using Charles Hobson again in the future.
