Arrived for Sunday lunch. The barman was polite and friendly enough. We both ordered the rack of lamb….it was probably the worst Sunday dinner we have ever had! The lamb was nearly all fat, the veg was undercooked and tasteless and the tiny Yorkshire pudding was burnt to a crisp. Not a good experience!

A lovely old pub owned and managed by a lovely friendly and helpful couple, Wolfgang and Helen. It was great to have a German beer and German food after couple weeks of English pub food.
