Absolutely disgusting service, faulty vape so went back ( with my receip t )!!! It had been just over an hour since my purchase. Ryan refused to refund me or give me a new one, even kept my faulty one.Plus attitude was totally unacceptable. I then rang head department which they stated I was indeed entitled to a refund...
