I had an issue with the build quality of a pair of boots I purchased from John Bull for work use. Mark could not have been more helpful in resolving the issue and bent over backwards to make sure I wasn’t inconvenienced. Fantastic customer service and thank you again!

Update to review.John Bull Clothing responded very promptly to this review and dealt with the matter in a very professional manner. In this I can not fault them and I understand that what the courier does is out of their hands once they have shipped the goods. I have left 1 star off due to the inconvenience of the goods...
