Equipment is very good and helpful for specific training. Just a bit pricey for membership considering size of the space

Good gym mostly aimed towards body building but has some strongman kit. A smaller space than I expected but can get everything done you need to. Nice to use the same log some of the Giants strongman athletes have used.

I only go there to my manicurist who has a room there. She is brilliant'Nail Perfect'

Darren and Jenna Sadler opened Absolute Fitness in Boroughbridge in April 2008, offering an innovative gymnasium, modern barbers and versatile beauty salon in a warm and friendly environment. Our barbers is located in a separate room within the gym reception; members and non-members are able to combine a workout with a haircut. Nicole has over 15 years worth of experience and offers services from skin fades to re-styles and beard trims. Our beauty salon is also conveniently but privately located within the gym reception and feels a million miles away from the hustle and bustle. Hosting a collection of trusted beauty brands, the salon offers all treatments including those for lashes as well as massages, waxing, manicures and pedicures.
