“I went into Wymondham Nationwide to pay in a cheque from NatWest and get cash in precise denominations. Not only had I forgotten Nationwide pin number also the NatWest cheque. The staff were marvelous and so very kind. They guided me through the whole process and arranged for my pin number to be sent through the post. They have put a 91 year old person who was disorientated by the heat back on track.”

“A local branch that is excellent. I had a problem with a change of signatories on a Club account - sorted by the manager Marcus. Later, an issue with a PofA and once again Marcus stepped in and resolved. In both instances I had first tried to deal with Lloyds by telephone and failed. The senior staff at Wymondham branch are a pleasure to deal with.”
