Great small hotel located in the town. Good clean rooms, excellent Wi-Fi, and powerful hot showers. Lovely small hotel with friendly staff and comfortable room. Dinner and breakfast were both good. Kings Lynn has plenty of shops and fantastic historic buildings so well worth a visit.Walkability: Walked into town in about 15 minutes through the park which was lovely in the sunshine

Nice quite hotel down a side road but only 10 minutes walk from the main town.Nice friendly staff and helpful.
