Unbelievably rude and aggressive staff. I am usually pretty contained in difficult situations but I left shaking with anger after a member of staff shouted and got in my face because I apparently wasn’t using the Costa machine correctly ( I removed the cup as the water was being dispensed so as to make it stronger).... read full comment

Having a refit and the guy on the night window was even grumpier than me on my most grumpiest of days. Gregg's next door was much happier.
