This is the worst shop for customer service in Sheringham. The shop is full of security cameras and the owners do not take action when something is stollen, but accuses staff members of stealing. They need to take notice of their own actions. Poor show.

Brilliant store. I use this shop several times a week. Well stocked and open long hours. Useful Evri parcel shop for dropping off and collecting parcels. The owner works so hard to make this a real community asset.

Double standards.Out walking the dog and realised I needed a pint of milk. I walked by the shop wondering if I could take the dog in (Westie) and spotted a lady standing in the shop with a Red Lab style dog talking to the man behind the counter. I thought ok I will wait until she leaves so dogs do not get carried away....
