The shop is always busy the staff are friendly the ques are long because the staff are dealing with customers

I took my granddaughter who had woken up with a stye. I walked into the shop and waited, whilst three members of staff were behind in the pharmacy area. The pharmacist was busy with prescriptions, noticed we were waiting, and did not acknowledge us. She continued to carry on working, as did her colleagues. Another customer...
