Went in to look at the books and was helped and served by some lovely girls on the tills who knew what they were doing and even went and found a specific book I was after as I am unable to get up the stairs.

I called WH Smith regarding a parcel delivery. The post office doesn't rake calls. Kelly answered the call. I asked if she can check my parcel arrived because Evri sent it there instead of my requested destination at Tesco, Westlegate.
