Dude just didn't want to do the passport photos for us. Gave every excuse under the sun. Messed around on the computer loads until we said not to worry. Timpsons shouldn't advertise services their staff aren't prepared to actually deliver!

I was told my shoes were "beyond repair". I went somewhere else, they were repaired in less than 10 min.

Just popped in to get a spare key cut. Very quick service, offered a second key for half price but didn't push when I said I only wanted one.
