My wife rushed in just 30mins before closing to get some pain killers for my son at home who’s just broken his hand,, whilst she was in there she grabbed some other bits at the same time (wine). Having gone to Tesco, against my better judgement but had an urgent letter to get a stamp for, found the level of customer service by "Bronnie" on the till atrocious. Not a single word other than "you want four or eight?" charm school a must.
