Terrible experience, the staff didn't explain anything they were doing. I walked out with my deposit back in my pocket and ordered the exact phone I wanted off the Internet, it was delivered in 48 hours and up and running in no time. Visited the shop on Sunday, and after chatting to a member of staff, I decided to buy the samsung s24 256gb in black. I also wanted a screen protector and plug. I'm really not sure how long this member of staff had been working there but, I'm guessing not long. They forgot that the s24 does not come with a 512gb option,...
