Opening hours 8am to 10am and then 4pm to 6pm very poor service for customers excuses always made by staff like they don't want to know when you have a delivery problem

Royal Mail seems to be doing their best to doom the company to oblivion."We only deliver when you are at work. If we can't deliver, you can come and collect but you can only collect when you are meant to be at work."Thanks.
