Helpful, polite and has superb opening hours.I witnessed real kindness and constructiveness to an English as a Second Language customer who couldn't remember any of his pin numbers. Not judgments or impatience, just kindness

Been coming here for years but after the other day I have really had enough. customer service has always been appalling but as it's only down the road it's the most convenient post office to use and I try to look past their attitude. Women was incredibly rude and miserable. Won't be coming back shame as I sent all my business... read full comment
