The material , not stitching actually came apart after only the 3rd wash around the crotch area .

I've collected a few parcels from them and each time it's been a disaster. They seem to be in a real disorganized mess. It felt like the attitude was that they weren't getting the sale so why bother. I am a regular customer of next riverside. I love next clothing and the material seems of very good quality, however the store itself I was quite shocked at. The place is very clean and tidy, the staff are lovely and polite to customers like myself, however it's how I heard a colleague speak to another that shocked me.... read full comment
