A total mechanical and communications disaster.Took three visits to sort out a clutch problem. Terrible service. Went in for a diagnostic check because of the engine light on. Arrived at 10:30 they didn't take it in until the very last minute of the day. 10 mins later, wax told the DPF was probably blocked, and a sensor would need replacing cost somewhere in the region of a £1000 and follow-up report and estimate... read full comment

Booked and paid for a diagnostic slot at 11:30 on Saturday. I dropped the car at 10am and was told to wait for a phone call. I was also advised that my car needed to be collected by 3pm as the car park would need to be clear for contractors.Come 1pm, no phone call, so I called them.
