Always like this store as it has lots of really nice things to temp me. Products are always good quality and I often find bargains. Cafe is good too.

Ordered 3 cereal containers at 7.30 this morning had email back straight away confirming the order. Had another email 15.30 this afternoon saying they were sending me a refund because my click and collect order wasn't available. Surely doesn't take 8hrs to realise items weren't available. SHAM.
