Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Disappointed in my coffee though as I ordered an iced caramel latte, hoping it would be as good or better than the chilled ones from supermarkets. Rating purely for the staff! Anya is so bubbly and lovely when serving, despite normally a line of people waiting she never seems stressed. There’s also a blonde lady, perhaps in her 30s, who is often there lunch times on weekdays serving. She is always so polite, happy and patient with the staff in training too.
