Great service went in to get some helium balloons for my son’s 2nd birthday. Didn’t have the one in stock I wanted on the shelf. Were really helpful and looked at additional stock upstairs and found me one. All the staff were very helpful and even wished my son a happy birthday. Would 100% recommend thank you

Always get my cards from Card Factory as they have a great selection and are cheaper than anywhere else. Today I was helped by a very polite and friendly lady who gave off such a lovely positive atmosphere. Thank you :)
