I went in to pay for my petrol and the technology was not working properly, so had to wait while they sorted it , I was amazed when the lovely lady behind the counter offered me a free coffee for my patience! This was so very much appreciated, her kindness and her colleagues,,it made my Monday morning,

As reviewed by others, stop here if you want rude customer service. Apparently questioning a fellow customers intelligence is now acceptable as customer service behind the till. I’ll be contacting head office
