Boots have closed two other local pharmacies, leaving this tiny outlet to cope with far too many customers. I feel so sorry for the staff, who are overworked to the absolute limit. As a customer, the result is appallingly bad service. I've had to wait for my medication for up to 8 days after my GP sent the prescription.... read full comment

Amazing how very good staff can become demoralised and demotivated by poor management, used to reorder prescriptions, text when it was in, answer the phone, and smile, no more at this place.Shame on you Boots, and the tories that have destroyed you.
