Wouldn't bother with this place at all , not all staff but most are moody and not nice they have attitude problems.The website is shocking and takes about half hour to do anything and worst of all I tried to ring up to find out when my appointment was and they never answered the phone over 45 minutes of ringing no answer... read full comment

Quite possibly the worst opticians in Norwich. l had an eye test and when l tried to ring for an appointment to choose some glasses it is absolutely impossible to get through to anyone even after pressing every option. A absolute shambles and a complete waste of time. Its no wonder so many people go to speck savers. Never... read full comment

Orders do not turn up at the store on time. They do not pick up the phone so it is impossible to speak to them to make any enquiries. Would not recommend.
