Lady by the tills very rude to my wife today raised voice pointing at the self service tills telling her to use them, did not want to use the tills maybe to avoid close contact with customers, will not return to this store

It's a stationary shop but the staff were very helpful when we arrived at closing time and the gift cards that we had refused to work.
