Having received a new phone by post I couldn’t activate it. Went into the store to be helped by Abi and Tom and two other delightful members of staff. I can’t thank them enough for the help and suppprt they gave me and Abi was a ‘GENIUS’ getting me sorted. 10/10 all round. Thanks guys!

Bought a new phone from here, found out it didn,t do what i required so took it back. Very bad experience whit them.I bay a phone they told me will recive second day ,after 6days I recived and I change my mind. Even I don't open the pack and after2 months off calls write letter whit complain,calls from citizens advise I think I finished. I lost money time +stress recived calls I need to pay.
