If I could, I’ll put zero Star well just wasting off time all the staff are waiting there and they don’t even help. Shame on TSB and for sure I will switch to another bank.

Bank tellers are awful. No interest in helping you over the counter. Constantly being sent to the machine which rarely works. And only does half of the cash I wish to despoit. If you ever wonder to yourself why bank branches are closing. Just visit this one. Will be moving my business banking elsewhere.
