It is so good to have hot ( and may I add, delicious) food served on a hot plate. I am a slow eater but my last mouthfuls were not lukewarm like in a lot of places. Also coffee is very good.

We had booked an afternoon tea and were greeted by welcoming staff. The coffee shop was clean and looked amazing with their Christmas decorations.
