It’s annoying that the KL sorting office open hours aren’t the same as those advertised on the Royal Mail website.

Royal Fail decided to try delivering my business order, to a business park, early, on a Sunday lunchtime. Unsurprisingly business parks tend to be closed on Sundays so I have a "failed delivery" which I now need to collect in a 2-hour a day time window. Thanks for nothing.

This “royal mail” is absolutely a joke pay for next working day delivery leave the note on the door “ leave the parcel in the porch “ and they took it back go next day to collect it the parcel .
