I went into King's Lynn branch really later 12:53 the receptionist gave me the information I needed on my accounts and current interest rate. Very knowledgeable. All in the 7 minutes left before they closed at1pm.Hats off to you, very polite and fabulous. 4th November

Rude and very ignorant. They use employees working for other banks. So don’t expect to talk to nationwide staff who are generally polite. I’ve been with them for over 20 years and only had one occasion to ask for help with fraud using my Visa card. And was told because I used my card reader to make payment. It...
