Ordered and paid at the self serve terminal for a burger and a drink, not a complicated order. 20 minutes later I’m still stood waiting for the order to be prepared, whilst the staff were prioritising delivery orders and leaving customers stood around like fools. Fries was white and after a 45 minute wait also asking several times where our order was with hardly anyone in there food was overall disgusting would not recommend to anyone this particular McDonald's
