Trying to open an account for my child. Impossible! Tried online and account set up unsuccessful. Called and advised to go in with my child and not advised that I would have to make an appointment. Unable to pay a cheque in as the machine which once was on the outside has been installed internally.. I have to now go down during Halifax working hours to pay in.. just don't have the time, and the phone facility only deposits up to a certain amount ..
