I recently purchased some baby clothes as a gift. The clothes were nicely presented on cardboard hangers as a set and looped together. When paying for the items at the till the cashier removed the cardboard hanger which kept the items together and presented nicely and cut the plastic loops which attached the set. The most unhelpful staff in a store that I've ever visited.Assistant just standing there and when I asked for help just sent me to the cashier because she couldn't be bothered. The items I did purchase one of them was ripped as cashier took the security tag off. Don't know if she realised but I didn't until I got home.... read full comment
