Seems to me Barclays don’t care about customer service anymore! I’ve been with them for 30+ years and I am seriously looking at changing banks. I have to say I’ve had faultless service at the Kings Lynn branch. Got locked out of my account and took 1 mouths to get back into and they expect me to pay the interest for the account when could not get into it and pay a late fee would recommend staying away as soon as its paid off I'm charging back the worst service I have ever had spent 9 hours sorting it out and a another 4 hours... read full comment
