Since the refit its got worse a hot food counter which has nothing in it, not enough people to operate the post office so that’s hardly ever open and when I said to my son that when I give him a lift there because he works in the shop I was going to get a certain item he said we don’t sell any so I have to go to Long... read full comment

I got my papers alright this time there, was able to park close to McColl's but have been told it's closing in October but hope it is for a refit only?

Mccoll's of hempnall was extremely excellent. The last 3 weeks they have stopped serving customers for 1/2 hours because of deliveries, not enough staff. This is a lovely village with elderly people who are not able to drive. They take the time to go to our local store and find it is closed. Sorry but this is not acceptable.... read full comment
