Lovely happy helpful staff nothing to much trouble. Clean well stocked shop. Online shopping did prove difficult, site was slow unresponsive but customer service solved this problem. Excellent service.

Miss our Beccles EWM so much. Try to order by phone several times but ALWAYS told no agent to take your call. I do not order and pay for anything online. But do telephone but no one helps. Such a shame.
