The staff are abrupt and downright rude serious retraining is required as customer service is something this lot have never heardThis is a summary of numerous visits there. The contrast to the smaller sub offices is dramatic

I avoid this PO at all costs. Slow, unhelpful and entitled staff. I drive out of my way to the smaller less busy, more efficient and helpful POs based in the surrounding 'burbs.Hopefully enough people do the same and these jokers get retrained or sacked.
