The hotel needs updating especially the rooms. Breakfast is hit and miss. No bacon or apple juice when we stayed. A good base for exploring great yarmouth..just needs some attention. Lady on reception was very welcoming and helpful.

After reading some reviews I was worried but what a pleasant surprise. Yes the hotel is older and could do with some updating but the staff and comfy bed more than made up for it.
