Worst delivery office in the UK. never open. Items are never there. staff are lethargic and uninterested in helping. Opening times are ridicules. 2 hours a day. If they feel like opening. Fakanham deserves better.. you should be ashamed. royal mail Fakenham

Turned up to collect a parcel but the office was closed! There really needs to be better communication between the post office sorting office and their website please.
