The Lady who runs the Post Office is absolutely Brilliant. Always lovely. Always helpful. Always kind. The new assistant seems just the same. I thank them both A Merry Christmas to them.

Whilst the service is very much appreciated by Fakenham people, it's a pity one is made to feel on edge on every visit. Why? Because the lady who runs it is quite unfriendly and curt almost to the point of being rude. I've started to go to Little Snoring instead, a considerably nicer experience!
